Celery is Originally grew wild along the muddy Mediterranean wetlands, after traveling far and wide across the world, celery has been widely cultivated. It naturally grows green stalks, although earthing up which blocks out the sunlight keeps them white and tender. Green celery lends itself particularly well to salad and dipping. The most common alternative variety of celery is called celeriac also known as celery root, which grow a large edible turnip like ball strictly speaking it isn't actually a root despite it's name.
The seeds of celery have widely been used as a medicine and particularly as a diuretic and laxative in Mediterranean countries. When blood flow to your kidneys is reduced as a result illness like high blood pressure and liver disease they respond by retaining water. That is when diuretics are prescribed as treatment.

Ginger root and you can made juice with juicer or if you don't have juicer, you can smash the ginger and put it in the water, then put the other ingredients into the blender and add ginger juice into the blender as well, blend it to the juice.
